  • Repair Technician (Full Time)

    A bench repair technician/general warehouse assistant to maintain, test and repair systems and components of guitar effects pedals. The position applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation as well as quality control and record keeping maintenance.
     
    Essential Responsibilities

    • Assemble and/or disassemble and repair units to fulfill customer orders
    • Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to maintain CRM (Customer
      Relationship Management) data
    • Assist with manufacturing issues such as parts, vendor reports and daily issues
      related to manufacturing
    • Assist to coordinate programming of pedals and rework when needed
    • Assist with quality inspection of incoming AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)
      finished goods

    Skills and Experience

    • Electronics background (Electrical certification preferred but not required).
    • Uses small hand tools
    • Soldering required
    • Basic computer skills
    • Able to troubleshoot to component level
    • Able to read schematics
    • Familiar with oscilloscope and meter for testing/troubleshooting
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Be able to sit, stand and walk continuously for an 8-hour shift

  • Shipping Clerk (Full Time)

    Ship, receive and deliver Strymon Products securely and safely and satisfy the customer’s needs with effective communication, maintain shipment control and records.
     
    Customer Service

    • Answer all daily questions and inquiries related to shipping
    • Provide customer support for shipping questions and inquiries
      from our Dealers, Online Sales and International orders

     
    Logistics

    • Coordinate logistics for transportation of packages, parcels
      and pallets with UPS, FEDX, USPS and various Freight Companies.
    • Accuracy regarding shipment details such as delivery dates/times,
      destination labeling, product description, and quantity.
    • Ensure all orders leave the Warehouse and are delivered in a
      timely and safe
      manner.
    • Ensure all documents are enclosed with the shipment and products are packed
      to prevent damage.

     
    Administrative Support

    • Knowledge of computers. Experience with ERP, (Enterprise Resource
      Planning) business software.
    • Manage paperwork for filing and record maintenance such as
      invoices, bills oflading and purchase orders. Paperwork for freight shipments.

    Miscellaneous Skills

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Be able to stand and walk continuously for an 8-hour shift.
