  1. Wondering how much functionality I can expect in a MONO configuration. Most often when playing out I only have a single amplifier. Seems most of the demos online are with the LEX in Stereo mode. Any feedback appreciated…. (BTW I have an El Capistan and LOVE the pedal!)

  2. Il capistan is the winner of your entire line ( sorry ) Just ordered the Lex , I hope it wont disappoint . I hope an overdrive , fuzz , distortion pedal is in the make . , I keep wondering what is that black narrow pedal I keep seining in your demos 😉

  3. ThE LEx Rotary looks like a fantastic piece of engineering. Would love to win one, but will not involve myself with Facebook. Please find other ways to have a contest.

  4. This is legit. I can’t wait for a contest for the Timeline 2. I’m so after these 2 pedals right now.

  5. Do we have to be on Facebook to enter?
One part of the rules says and, and another says or-
Since I have no interest in Facebook, but an interest in these pedals, I thought I’d ask.

    Thanks

    1. Hey there… this particular contest does require a Facebook account. We’ll run other contests in the near future that do not require Facebook. Stay tuned…

  6. I hope someone who got a Lex from the first batch does some Hammond and synthesizer demos! 🙂 I missed out and will have to catch one of the next batches. 🙁

  7. Please don’t require Facebook for your contests. Some of us still have real social networks and don’t need or want to participate in a virtual social network/marketing tool. Facebook is a nice option but shouldn’t be a requirement. I bought the BlueSky because it’s the best damn reverb pedal available not because of how many people like you on Facebook.

  8. @Mike – As I mentioned above, we run many contests, only some of which require a Facebook account. You’ll have other chances to win in the future.

  9. Happy to see the Lex is now available. Can’t wait for the Time Line. Excellent work and workmanship.

  10. I would be amazed if this pedal disappointed in any way. I, too, hate Facebook but will use my account to save $300! Although I may get impatient and just buy it if I can sell my chorus and tremolo…

  11. Salut, si je pouvais, j’achèterais toutes les pédales strymon car d’après toutes les vidéos que j’ai vu, les commentaires que j’ai lu,je trouve que c’est de la super bonne pédale au son extra et au look sympa.

  12. Awesome pedal guys!

I really enjoyed the white paper write up and thank you for taking the time to put it together and share it with all of us. I also appreciate you removing the requirement to have a facebook account to enter your contest. I guard my privacy and am a non joiner when it comes to anti-social networking sites. Lastly, I know I asked before but, any plans to have a retailer in the North West?

    Thanks again,

    Sonny Ray

  13. I really appreciate how consciences the staff is and how they treat you with the utmost respect. I am looking forward to making Strymon my new line of pedals and taking their hours of painstaking hard work and labor, to produce sounds and music far beyond the realm I’ve experienced in the past. The read-up on everyone in this company is more than enough to know that the products they manufacture are well worth buying.

    Sincerely,

    Richard Ebinger

  14. I got the BlueSky a couple of months back and I’m really lovin’ it! It’s quiet and fits in the mix great. . Who ever thought of 2 verbs in one. I am a verbaholic and I’m addicted.
    Cheers.

  15. Adrien, oui je suis d’accord. J’ai achete deux el capistan et aussi un brigadier. Sont super.

I have two el caps and a brig. They’re awesome. Keep up the good work guys.

  16. You are building the most beautiful looking and sounding pedals I’ve ever seen or heard, and I plan to own a few before long. Every new one you come out with is simply exceptional. Keep up the fine work!

  17. I’ve never won anything, but you guys were nice enough to answer an email I sent so what the heck! Besides I love the sound of these pedals and plan on retiring my vintage Echoplexes because they’re becoming to valuable to risk, so I will be getting an el-Capistran soon !

  18. I’ve had the El Cap for about a month and I absolutely love this pedal. I remain amazed at how my sound flourishes from humdrum bedroom quality to sharp studio sparkle with the click of a little silver switch. Great job, Strymon. I can only imagine how much better it would be with Lex sidled up next to it…

  19. If I am lucky and win, I’ll put it through it’s paces with hammond clones/real hammond and through some other things like a real wurlitzer model 200 and post some reviews….. I’m the musical director for show’s that plays about 100-150 gigs a year in an area of the world where this pedal and this brand is virtually unknown (Australia, and unknown to my knowledge that is:) so I’m sure it would get some attention! And if they can’t compete with my real leslie or other simulators, I’m sure one of the guitarist in the show won’t say no to using it:)
    Cheers,
    Hawk

  20. I’m selling my phase, tremolo, and chorus. This will do all three and once! This is the real deal. Can’t wait!

  21. I’ve never heard a pedal with such clarity and 3 dimensional depth. And yes…. I think it will replace my tremolo and chorus pedals. With the Lex… less is more!
