Open Positions:
Shipping Coordinator
Location: Westlake Village, CA
Job Description:
As the Strymon Shipping Coordinator, you ensure that every one of our customers, dealers, and distributors receives efficient and accurate shipping service. Responsible for coordinating and conducting all shipping and logistics duties, the Shipping Coordinator must be self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail. And it would help if you are super cool.
Responsibilities:
Box and pack orders for customers, dealers, and distributors
Create all required shipping documentation, packing lists, bills of lading
Review orders to identify shipping requirements
Manage shipping and order database
Order all shipping supplies and forms
Keep warehouse and shipping area clean and organized
Weekly inventory of finished goods
Receive, log, and ship service RMAs
Manage loss claims with UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx
Other duties as required
Requirements:
1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Self-motivated and able to work well in a small, cohesive team environment
Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
Proficient with MS Office / Open Office
Ability to play a musical instrument(s) a plus
