Tracking numbers are sent out automatically via email as soon as your order status is upgraded to “Shipped”. You should receive at least one email from Strymon containing your tracking number and at least one email directly from UPS also containing the tracking number.
If you do not receive these emails please make sure you check your email junk and spam folders. Since these tracking emails are sent automatically it’s very possible your email client routed them directly to these folders.
If you have checked your junk and spam folders and still have not received an email containing your tracking number, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
