A Note to Our Customers About Coronavirus

Over the last few days there has been extreme uncertainty regarding how the Coronavirus situation would affect our employees, our customers, and our day-to-day business operations. As of Thursday, March 19, we are complying with California Governor Newsom’s order to stay-at-home, which means our employees are no longer in the office.

What does this mean for you, our loyal customers?

We’re Still Shipping Orders

Our online store is still open for business—two of our co-founders will be available in our warehouse to ship pedals. As of today, FedEx and USPS are still shipping as usual.

Technical Support and Customer Service

Our support team will still answer your technical support questions from home. Just email support@strymon.net and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Please be aware that response times may not be as quick as we normally like. We will also be active and available on our social media platforms as usual.


Please note that until the stay-at-home order is lifted, product repairs will take longer than usual. Please contact support@strymon.net if your product needs a repair.

    It has Label created ,but not yet received by USPS

    I have notified you before ,but got no answer.
