IDENTIFICATION:
These 9 Volt power adapters supplied with Strymon pedals being recalled can be identified
with the
• Model Number: YJ – 01SWP090560A, and
• Brand Name: Damage Control Engineering

These power adapters were supplied with Strymon guitar effects pedals from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2018. Strymon Pedals were sold nationally through dealer stores as displayed on the Noise Toys website.

HAZARD: RISK OF FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK
The enclosure can break apart and expose live parts. These chargers also have no Australian certificate of conformity or approval and may not comply with Australian safety standards.

ACTION REQUIRED:
Consumers should discontinue using the product immediately and contact Noise Toys Imports Pty Ltd at [email protected] for a free of charge replacement. Please provide the model and serial number of your Strymon product, and date of purchase and dealer where purchased.
