While they’re both are delay pedals, El Capistan and Brigadier have very different tonal characteristics and different levels of tweakability. Brigadier is an authentic recreation of analog bucket-brigade style delays. El Capistan is an in-depth recreation of tape echo machines. Two very different styles of delay.
