Press the GROUND switch to the “in” position to lift the ground if you are experiencing hum on the XLR Outs.
The THRU output is a 1/4″ unbalanced, mono TS output. Use it to pass your buffered input sources to amplifiers, effects, or other devices.
PCH X1 uses a 1/4″ unbalanced TS mono THRU out, as well as an XLR output.
PCH X1 requires 48V phantom power. Mute the input channel on the
mixer or interface before connecting PCH X1 to its XLR input. Once
connected, enable the mixer or interface’s phantom power and then
unmute the input channel.
• Slowly increase the volume on all devices.
• Set PCH X1’s HPF switch to 80 or 240 to reduce low-end rumble or
muddiness as needed.
• Set PCH X1’s LIFT/GND switch to LIFT if experiencing ground hum.
Connect your instrument: a guitar, bass, piezo pickup/acoustic
instrument, amp + cab pedal/modeling device, keyboard, audio player,
etc., to PCH X1’s 1/4″ IN.
Connect PCH X1’s 1/4″ THRU Out to the input of your guitar or bass
amplifier, 1/4″ FRFR amp input, or other unbalanced input gear.

mixer or interface before connecting PCH X1 to its XLR input. Once
connected, enable the mixer or interface’s phantom power and then
unmute the input channel.

PCH X2 has two (left and right) 1/4″ TS mono THRU outputs, as well as two (left and right) XLR outputs.
PCH X2 requires 48V phantom power for each of its left and right
channels. Mute the input channels you intend to use on the mixer
before connecting each PCH X2 XLR OUT to its XLR inputs. Once
connected, enable the mixer’s phantom power for each channel, then
unmute the channels.
Connect your instruments: a guitar, bass, piezo pickup/acoustic
instrument, amp + cab pedal/modeling device, keyboard, etc., to PCH
X2’s Left or Right IN, or to the Left and Right INs for stereo input.
Connect PCH X2’s Left THRU Out to the input of your guitar or bass
amplifier, 1/4” FRFR amp input, or other unbalanced input gear.
If using both INs, connect each respective THRU Out to separate
amplifiers.
PCH X2 requires 48V phantom power. Mute the input channels on the
mixer or interface before connecting PCH X2 to its XLR inputs. Once
connected, enable the mixer or interface’s phantom power and then
unmute the input channels in use.
• Slowly increase the volume on all devices.
• Set PCH X2’s HPF switch to 80 or 240 to reduce low-end rumble or muddiness as needed.
• Set PCH X2’s LIFT/GND switches to LIFT if experiencing ground
hum.
PCH X1 features a buffered, unbalanced TS input for an instrument, pedalboard, modeler, or other mono audio source. Connect using a shielded instrument cable.

and passive signal sources
• High headroom eliminates clipping
PCH X2 features two buffered, unbalanced inputs for instruments, pedalboards, modelers, or other mono or stereo audio sources. Connect using shielded instrument cables.

Strymon Non-Transferrable Limited Warranty
Strymon warranties its products and their varying components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods of time from the original date of purchase when purchased from an Authorized Strymon Dealer:
If the product fails within the warranty period, Strymon will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by Strymon. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
Products that were purchased from an unauthorized dealer are not covered under warranty. The warranty is non-transferrable and does not cover used or second-hand products.
Products purchased outside of your country (sales channel) have a warranty inside the country it was purchased ONLY and is not valid outside of the country it was purchased. Please contact your dealer for information on warranty and service outside of the USA and Canada.
In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Strymon will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Strymon be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. Strymon disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.
