How do I configure MultiSwitch Plus for COMBO mode?

Combo Mode allows you to use the A and B switches to control presets on pedals connected to the A and B jacks, while using the C switch to control TAP, FAVORITE, BOOST, SPEED, FREEZE, or INFINITE functions on a third pedal, connected to the C jack.

 

To configure your MultiSwitch Plus for COMBO* mode:

 

1- Connect one end of the included TRS cable to the EXP/MIDI (or EXP) jack of the pedal you wish to control. Power on the pedal.

2- Enter Combo Mode by holding down the A and B footswitches while connecting the TRS cable to any MultiSwitch Plus output. The A and B LEDs will flash RED to confirm the selection.

3- After entering Combo Mode, the C footswitch LED will be lit.

4- Configure the MultiSwitch Plus C footswitch for the desired function, matching the specific control function for which you’ve configured your Strymon pedal (Tap, Favorite, Boost, Speed, Freeze, or Infinite). Pressing the C footswitch will change the configuration mode, which is reflected by the LED color. The LED will show GREEN when it is configured for momentary behavior, and RED when configured for latching behavior.
