Strymon blueSky Reverberator Effect Pedal Now Available

Lush, majestic reverbs, advanced sonic flexibility, and high-end audio quality, all in a compact stompbox.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, California— June 10, 2010 — Strymon® (www.strymon.net) recently introduced blueSky™ Reverberator, a powerful DSP driven reverb pedal that delivers lush, majestic reverbs, advanced sonic flexibility, and high-end audio quality, all in a compact stompbox.

“We’ve taken a super powerful SHARC DSP and dedicated it to doing one thing only—the best reverb ever.” remarked Terry Burton, Strymon Design Engineer. “Since the entire DSP is dedicated only to delivering powerful reverbs, the result is some of the most lush, beautiful and deep reverbs you’ve ever heard. All in a compact pedal.”

blueSky features hand crafted, computationally intense spring, plate and room reverb algorithms, each with normal, modulation and Shimmer modes per algorithm. blueSky provides über-flexible reverb tone shaping with dedicated low damp, high damp, pre-delay, decay and mix controls.

Super low noise, high performance 24-bit 96kHz A/D and D/A converters, and a remarkable 115db typical signal-to-noise ratio keep your signal crystal clear. In addition to high-end audio specs, blueSky provides stereo inputs and outputs, true bypass or analog buffered bypass, and an analog dry path for a zero latency dry signal that is never converted to digital. blueSky also features a Favorite switch to save a preset of your favorite settings.

blueSky is designed and built in the USA and housed in a rugged, blue anodized aluminum chassis.
