From putting a guitar into the hands of my 2 year old, to providing quick guitar lessons for some of the high school students in my English Lit class, music is the great leveler. I couldn’t imagine a world without it.
I love your products and this is a great idea for a contest!
I currently have a FLINT.
The space between the notes is where God breathes.
I am thankful that I get to earn a living playing music everyday, as a music therapist in health care settings ( http://www.musictherapytoronto.com) and on occasional tours with my award-winning world music band JAFFA ROAD. (www.jaffaroad.com).
I love Strymon products and use them in both settings.
Thankful to have had a few good friends to help me out after a serious injury that left me disabled.
I am very proud to be a part of this. I am thankful for every day! And to be a part of helping kids enjoy music.

I think it’s really cool that you would do this.
Thanks Strymon for starting the season off with a Giving Spirit!
I love my El Capistan. Because I don’t live near a music store that sells Strymon products, I haven’t had the opportunity to test drive a TimeLine. If it’s as flexible and as high quality as my El Capistan, I’ll be able to use it while recording my click tracks.
I absolutely love my Strymon Big Sky pedal and would love to win this Timeline but even if I don’t thank you for spreading great vibes by giving to charities that bring the joy of music to many!
Such actions are great and keep the ethos of art and music healthy!

Getting young children involved with music is a way to ensure they become the best person they can be. Keep music programs for kids alive!!
This is an awesome way of saying thanks. I have a very musical grandson, and I work with him weekly on just keeping time, at 16 months old. It’s corny, but music ed for kids should never be delayed.

You guys at Strymon rock! Way to go!
I’m thankful to have healthy kids who aren’t into hip-hop, drugs, alcohol and do well in school
I’d like to see the Girls Rock Camp Alliance to receive a timeline because I am a gear head who doesn’t see many female guitarists featured often. I’d like to see more encouragement for young girls to play and have a creative outlet of expression. That being said, I’m thankful I have a little sister who is interested in music. and
Music First is a great program and thank you to Stymon for taking this initiative. I’ve been doing a lot of live looping in my music these days and one of the next pedals I’m planning to get is the El Capistan for it’s 20 second loop with decay setting for evolving loop style.
Keep up the excellent work guys and gals of Strymon.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!

So thankful for the gift that music is in my life and for the ability to pass that along through my playing. This is a fantastic idea! Hearing a great tune on the radio makes you want to crank it. Also music helps you get through tough times …hey beats drugs! Lol Thanks to music there is more Love in the world!
A lightning strike on the power lines directly behind my house last summer left me with almost zero working pedals. My only delay pedal was one of them. It’s funny how you don’t miss, or even rely on a pedal until it stops working. Hey, even if I don’t win, someone will. And that means that there will be some really happy kids!
Thanks for a lifetime of music.
I’m73 and still playing and looking for new equipment, especially the Strymon Timeline, Strymon Deco, and the Styrmon El Capistan…and I’m Thankful that at 73 I can still play and look for new equipment.

I’m so grateful, i have an opportunity to know and learn about music easily (with some good stuff) but i’m always stunned by homeless kids (street kids) who know and learn about music hardly but they can play ing music (or some instruments) beautifully. I hope i can get give something new to them through strymon. I’ll give to RMHR (music education non-profit for homeless kids or street kids)
About twelve years ago I lied to a girl and claimed I had all Death Cab’s albums as I knew she was a huge fan. I didn’t have a single one. After a few dates she arranged to come to my house, so I swiftly had to purchase their whole back catalogue. I don’t see the girl anymore, but not long goes by without me and those Death Cab LPs getting together. I guess I’m thankful for the part of my brain that thinks it’s ok to lie to cute girls.
Thankful to have my wife and kids in my life. I love my Lex and plan on getting an Ola. Would love to own the Timeline.

Great stuff!
I am 71, Played guitar since I was 14 and a Vietnam war combat vet who came home with serious PTSD. Turned my back on everything except making music, I was blessed. Music and my musician friends saved my life and my sanity. For those who have served and at times paid terrible prices physically and emotionally, making music can be the path from darkness and horror to the place where there is beauty and light. I know, I walked that path. Still do, every day.
Guitars for Vets is my choice. We owe these heroes…..Big Time!
Great idea!! Happy Thanksgiving

I remeber i was 16 when i was in piano class (high school) and I found an old beatup crybaby wah in the closet and the teacher let me keep it (which kind of blew me away)
It’s really cool to have nice equipment in youth music programs, it make a huge difference, as a participant it gives you more of the feeling that people support you instead of giving up on you (like it often feels with school music programs)
The quality of the effects Strymon gives Peace and Love in the music !
