The Phaser machine within Mobius contains seven different phaser types (2, 4 and 6 stage phasers, swirly 8, 12 and 16 stage phasers, as well as a unique barber-pole phaser).
While not as celebrated as the classic four and six stage phasers, two-stage phasers have a subdued beauty that is uniquely their own and is appreciated by a selective audience. For this preset, we’ll utilize the Mobius two-stage phaser.
I set the Regen parameter to minimum and the Depth control to maximum, leaving the Speed knob to act as a 1-knob phaser. The Headroom parameter is set low to allow for some classic in-circuit distortion which softens the dynamics and adds a bit of color to the effect.
Listen here:
The clip starts off with Mobius bypassed. The effect is engaged at 0:08. Speed starts off at 1.00Hz, and is increased to 6.5Hz at 0:21.

Great stuff Strymon – keep them coming !
Be great to have a page on the website to store all these for future reference…
🙂
Thanks, Rob! Right now you can see them all here https://www.strymon.net/this-weeks-preset/ But we are going to work on better organization for them in the near future.
Could you guys do a Magnatone style vibrato patch next?
Will definitely pass it along for consideration 😀 Thanks!
Has anyone created a Jet Phaser patch?
