  1. I love all the Strymon products! Can’t wait for the Timeline!

  2. I have a Revrb and an El Capistan. They are amazing and fun to play with. Strymon makes top quality stuff and they are always on my board.

  3. Christopher Vernardos says:

The El Cap is awesome! But you guys haven’t heard that a million times before…lol.

  4. The Lex sounds fantastic! I got my hands on a bluesky through this website as soon as I heard the audioclips for it and I now start my band’s every set with that effect. Really great stuff.

  5. Gary Monti says:

Wondering how much functionality I can expect in a MONO configuration. Most often when playing out I only have a single amplifier. Seems most of the demos online are with the LEX in Stereo mode. Any feedback appreciated…. (BTW I have an El Capistan and LOVE the pedal!)

  6. s J says:

Il capistan is the winner of your entire line ( sorry ) Just ordered the Lex , I hope it wont disappoint . I hope an overdrive , fuzz , distortion pedal is in the make . , I keep wondering what is that black narrow pedal I keep seining in your demos 😉

  7. John Ott says:

ThE LEx Rotary looks like a fantastic piece of engineering. Would love to win one, but will not involve myself with Facebook. Please find other ways to have a contest.

  8. Michael says:

This is legit. I can’t wait for a contest for the Timeline 2. I’m so after these 2 pedals right now.

  9. zontar says:

Do we have to be on Facebook to enter?
One part of the rules says and, and another says or-
Since I have no interest in Facebook, but an interest in these pedals, I thought I’d ask.

    • Ethan says:

Hey there… this particular contest does require a Facebook account. We’ll run other contests in the near future that do not require Facebook. Stay tuned…

  10. John L Rice says:

I hope someone who got a Lex from the first batch does some Hammond and synthesizer demos! 🙂 I missed out and will have to catch one of the next batches. 🙁

  11. zontar says:

Oh well, thanks for replying so quickly.

  12. Peter A says:

Sounds like the next best thing to the real to the real Lesley

  13. Mike says:

Please don’t require Facebook for your contests. Some of us still have real social networks and don’t need or want to participate in a virtual social network/marketing tool. Facebook is a nice option but shouldn’t be a requirement. I bought the BlueSky because it’s the best damn reverb pedal available not because of how many people like you on Facebook.

  14. Ethan says:

@Mike – As I mentioned above, we run many contests, only some of which require a Facebook account. You’ll have other chances to win in the future.

  15. Paul Marr says:

Happy to see the Lex is now available. Can’t wait for the Time Line. Excellent work and workmanship.

  16. Tom says:

I would be amazed if this pedal disappointed in any way. I, too, hate Facebook but will use my account to save $300! Although I may get impatient and just buy it if I can sell my chorus and tremolo…

  17. Adrien says:

Salut, si je pouvais, j’achèterais toutes les pédales strymon car d’après toutes les vidéos que j’ai vu, les commentaires que j’ai lu,je trouve que c’est de la super bonne pédale au son extra et au look sympa.

  18. Charles says:

I’m very interested in this one! 😮

  19. Sonny Ray says:

    Awesome pedal guys!

I really enjoyed the white paper write up and thank you for taking the time to put it together and share it with all of us. I also appreciate you removing the requirement to have a facebook account to enter your contest. I guard my privacy and am a non joiner when it comes to anti-social networking sites. Lastly, I know I asked before but, any plans to have a retailer in the North West?

    Thanks again,

    Sonny Ray

  20. I really appreciate how consciences the staff is and how they treat you with the utmost respect. I am looking forward to making Strymon my new line of pedals and taking their hours of painstaking hard work and labor, to produce sounds and music far beyond the realm I’ve experienced in the past. The read-up on everyone in this company is more than enough to know that the products they manufacture are well worth buying.

  21. George Swica says:

I will have the El Capistan and and Blue Sky soon! Would love the Lex!

  22. Brophy Dale says:

I got the BlueSky a couple of months back and I’m really lovin’ it! It’s quiet and fits in the mix great. . Who ever thought of 2 verbs in one. I am a verbaholic and I’m addicted.

  23. vytas says:

Adrien, oui je suis d’accord. J’ai achete deux el capistan et aussi un brigadier. Sont super.

I have two el caps and a brig. They’re awesome. Keep up the good work guys.

  24. rick gordon says:

You are building the most beautiful looking and sounding pedals I’ve ever seen or heard, and I plan to own a few before long. Every new one you come out with is simply exceptional. Keep up the fine work!

  25. Wes Holcomb says:

I’ve never won anything, but you guys were nice enough to answer an email I sent so what the heck! Besides I love the sound of these pedals and plan on retiring my vintage Echoplexes because they’re becoming to valuable to risk, so I will be getting an el-Capistran soon !

  26. Ken W. says:

I’ve had the El Cap for about a month and I absolutely love this pedal. I remain amazed at how my sound flourishes from humdrum bedroom quality to sharp studio sparkle with the click of a little silver switch. Great job, Strymon. I can only imagine how much better it would be with Lex sidled up next to it…

  27. Tom says:

Looks like another winner from Strymon – this pedal will need to find it’s way to my board!!

  28. Jen says:

The Strymon El Capistan is the BEST tape echo simulator ever!! great Job Guys!

  29. Eric says:

Love the El Cap pedal! Thanks for the great products with great tone.

  30. Hawkan says:

If I am lucky and win, I’ll put it through it’s paces with hammond clones/real hammond and through some other things like a real wurlitzer model 200 and post some reviews….. I’m the musical director for show’s that plays about 100-150 gigs a year in an area of the world where this pedal and this brand is virtually unknown (Australia, and unknown to my knowledge that is:) so I’m sure it would get some attention! And if they can’t compete with my real leslie or other simulators, I’m sure one of the guitarist in the show won’t say no to using it:)

  31. Kevin says:

I’m selling my phase, tremolo, and chorus. This will do all three and once! This is the real deal. Can’t wait!

  32. Bill Horn says:

I’ve never heard a pedal with such clarity and 3 dimensional depth. And yes…. I think it will replace my tremolo and chorus pedals. With the Lex… less is more!
