Happy World Ocean Day!
To celebrate World Ocean Day, we want to give back to our beautiful California ocean wildlife.
Starting on World Ocean Day June 8, 2019, and continuing through Coastal Clean Up Day September 21, 2019, we will be donating a portion of Zuma Power Supply sales to the California Wildlife Center in Malibu, California.
California Wildlife Center helps all native California wildlife, and one of their frequent rescues are baby sea lions that need help off of Zuma Beach. I have been able to watch them rescue a couple baby seals while just visiting the beach. As many of you know, we named the Zuma Power Supply after Zuma Beach. The first people to live in Malibu were the Chumash Indians, and the name “Zuma” comes from the Chumash word for “abundance.” Zuma is well worth visiting if you are stopping by Malibu, and its next door neighbor Point Dume beach is a popular spot to see whales migrating north and south.

CONTEST RULES AND TERMS
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older, from any country, except where prohibited by law. Contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these official contest rules.

ENTRY
Entrants may enter the contest by submitting a photo on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, or FaceBook, and label their Submission with the #StrymonZuma hashtag. The photo should include reference to picking up litter around your local ocean, lake, river, stream or other water way by you and be posted between 8:00am PT June 8, 2019 to 10:00pm PT September 21, 2019. If Entrant does not have access to those services, they may enter by sending their Submission to [email protected]. Entrants submitting via email will not receive an email confirmation. Entrants may submit as many photos as they wish following the submission guidelines.
SUBMISSION USAGE
Submissions remain the sole property of the Entrant. By entering the contest, Entrant grants Damage Control a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to publish the Submissions on the Strymon website and social media pages. Entrant agrees that their details, including their name, and online username (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Vine, FaceBook) may be published by Damage Control or made available to anyone requesting details of the winner.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest will begin at 8:00AM, PT on June 8, 2019 and ends at 10:00PM, PDT, on September 21, 2019. Three winners will be randomly chosen among all eligible contestants. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to change the winner selection method at its sole discretion. Winner will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded. Prize winner will be notified by comment on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, or FaceBook within (5) business days of contest end. If a winner is unreachable for three (3) business days after being contacted by Damage Control, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected among all remaining contestants.
PRIZE
Three winners will receive: (1) Strymon Zuma high current DC power supply ($249 value) and (1) Strymon t-shirt ($15 value).
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants. Prizes come with the standard factory warranty. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of the prize is permitted. Prize will be shipped to winner at no cost. Winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and duties. Strymon Zuma is not yet in production, and will ship to the winners in September 2016.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Damage Control is not responsible for typographical errors in any contest-related materials or for incomplete or illegible entries. Damage Control reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest. By entering, participants hold harmless Damage Control from any and all liability, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize.
